Becky believes in the innate ability for all people to grow and heal. Through a compassionate relationship and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) she supports clients in reaching their wellness goals. Non-judgement and self-compassion are key elements to her therapeutic style. In addition to supporting clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, Becky has supported schools and professionals regarding stress management. She’s collaborated on a research project for the University of Minnesota on teacher stress reduction. Working with individuals to manage stress and find new ways to approach their lives is a special interest of Becky’s.
